Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Technology teams to ensure marketing collateral, proposals, and other key artifacts have consistent branding and messaging.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and webinars, with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Assist in planning and organizing conference logistics, including coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees who will be presenting.
• Write compelling marketing copy for social media posts, with a focus on LinkedIn, to promote the company's products and services.
• Build out blog on website using existing content; Stand up initial SEO efforts

Primary Qualifications

• 7 years of practical marketing experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience in event planning or coordination, particularly in managing logistics for conferences or trade shows.
• Proficient in using basic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and understanding of best practices for writing engaging copy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Differentiators

• Previous experience in copywriting, content creation, or social media management.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies to optimize content for search engines.
• Understanding of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or social media analytics, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box in developing marketing campaigns and materials.
• Experience with sales operations and CRM configuration

Location

This role is offered as a fully remote or hybrid position based out of our Sterling, VA office.

Salary

The base salary range for this position is between $85,000-100,000 and varies based on experience.
